not listed in the partsbook or in the manual.

Not sure about earlier models but the rocker linkage on the mk3 is a bit wierd. Instead of the dogbones meeting in the center, they are slightly offset... kinda like a 'merry-go-round'. If it was at ...

yes - it started life as a RGV250 VJ22 motor. Very Happy

Can't go wrong either way. Pros and cons for both.

Only drawback I see as far as restoring the rg250 engine are the difficulty in finding parts, but hunting for parts seems to be part of the fun. ...
