I would try to remove the tap . i am guessing there might be a gauze filter like there is on my honda . it may have some thing blocking it.

To be honest i have not ridden it yet as i have had the cylinder worked on to get some more power out of it by mick abbey tuning .
it has still got the standard 80cc jets in the carb and a standard ...

sussed out what the no spark problem was.
no output from the magneto wires to the cdi .swapped over the complete unit from the original engine and it now runs.

just swapped my engine over and now have no spark .there appears to be a red/white wire on the original engine that plugs into the wiring harness on the bike but that wire is missing from the nsr75 e ...

weird one that. how could someone take a piston out and fit one with extra holes without noticing it ?
