Have to get a set of tyres for the YSR
What people using / choice ?
Just price up the Dunlop
125 engine going into it and speed rating is J 62mph for the Dunlop although they seem to be the choice for the racers in the USA.

Dunlop TT93
12in can be ordered in, the front is a standard compound but the rear is classed as soft.

£133.00 inc vat fitted to loose wheels, or £153.00 inc vat fitted to the bike.

Bridgestone molas-17 is no longer available.

Anyone heard of these ? 82mph rating.

I'll email team squid and ask them what they get up to mph on the Dunlop's they seem to favour over there.
They were really good in getting back to me when I asked about the exhaust adapter / outlet on a engine swap.

It does not state on them "not for road use" and they past the MOT.

MOT rules are very relaxed for mopeds, which includes a YSR if it's a 50.

I took the NSR50 for an MOT and told 'em to fit a new rear tyre at the same time. They glanced at it and said that as long as the tread was visible, that's all that was needed. Shocked

Yeh, I was surprised when I looked at the law on tread depth recently and found that for a 'ped all that was required was that you could see it!
