Greetings Guys n Gals,

considering I've been having loads of fun, tinkering with our Kawasaki AR125's, I was thinking about what would be the next project, once the Kwackers have been finished and the first bike that springs to mind is the Yamaha TDR 250.

So with me being somewhat short in the leg (as Shaun from the Kawasaki forum will confirm), I was wondering if anyone within striking distance of Bolton would have one that I could just throw my leg over? I don't want to ride it or anything like that, I just want to try one out for the ergonomics and if it's manageable I'll then be able to consider one!

Thanks in advance of any replies.

I can't remember noticing that when we met Reggie... But I definitely couldn't miss your humongous camera lens..haha

If I had a TDR you would have been welcome to take it out.. Unfortunately I've only got a kmx200 and that's a stretch with my 34inch inside trouser leg so may be a little on the Empire State side.

Hopefully someone will come forward Smile

Hi Shaun,

cheers matey.

I reckon I was a normal height, until I started lugging about my camera kit, which weighed me down!

Hey Shaun,

would you believe it, 5ft 4in, and with an inseam of 28in, and I can just manage to get a big toe to the deck on both sides (simultaneously) on a TDR250!

Hmmmmm.

Hi Andy,

if you're ever in the Bromley Cross area then pop in, as the kettle's always on (and I don't mean a Suzuki triple)!

Hi Andy,

that's good news, I may need to pop in to see you, when it's convenient for you?

Hi Mate,

thanks for that.

I haven't seen one on the road for years, so let's hope I spot one or two soon!
