Well I could not resist , who doesn't want to be Buck Rogers ?
I agreed to buy it and will pick it up in the next couple of weeks , just needs to be registered , but the owner has all the import paperwork.
If the DVLA play ball I hope to get out on it this summer. It really is as good as it looks in the pictures , there is not a mark on it

Nice !
I was lucky enough to borrow one for the Yorkshire 2-Stroke Day back in 2012. Forgot it was only a 125, it feels - and goes - like something much bigger.
Sadly it ran out of electricity on the way home, and pulling the bodywork off to investigate defeated us...

Looks good Mike. I've only seen these in pictures, never in person. Please let us know how you get on with it...and let us see some more photos when you take delivery!

There is one in this area (North Norfolk) I've seen it parked up. Confuses people. _________________ If it don't ring-a-ding-ding it ain't worth a thing |

Well the biggest arseholes known on the planet , also known as the DVLA have finally agreed to register the bike , and I got the V5 in the post yesterday.
It only took 6 months , about 30 E-mails and as many phone calls.
So I can now legally ride it just in time for the biblical floods and the first frosts of the year - so it's will now have to wait until spring.
I've actually made an official complaint due to their piss poor service , and then as they didn't answer any of my questions in the compliant , I've now escalated it . I also put in a freedom of information request , as I'm not convinced they were telling the truth to me - feck'em

Hey James.
Now I have two partial Gilera CX125s.
Almost enough parts to make a complete motorcycle. _________________ Yamaha TDR250, Yamaha TZR250 2XT, Yamaha R1-Z |
