No the RG500 topcowling is different.
Don't know if its possible to make it fit but i think its a lot of work.

Used RG250 ones are on Ebay but they all have cracks or missing bits.
There are also fibreglass copies available.

I have bought a few genuine used ones from Japan.
But thats very expensive and a sort of a gamble.
They allways look better in the pics.

Buy the best you can get and repair it.
Make 100% sure that you mount it on the bike with great care.
Don't tighten the screws to fast
They will crack very easely

Good luck

Erik

Hi Erik, I also believe even a small crash can damage and deform the fairing bracket, meaning the fairing itself is over stressed to fit where the mirrors locate, speeding up cracking. Make sure the mirror holes line up without forcing the plastic into place. I spent hours trying to adjust my bracket and gave up in the end, adjusting the "ears" where the mirrors fit, may mean the clocks no longer fit!! I was lucky to find a really good used one from Japan along with a NOS top cowl, also from Japan.
