im having trouble removing the engine from a 92 mito, the bottom engine bolt that bolts through the swingarm aswell wont budge, ive got the nut off and whacked the bolt but no joy. ive been told thats all i need to undo but im starting to have doubts. the bike is stripped so i even have it on its side while i hit the bolt.
Any ideas welcomed Smile

Yes thats the bolt that gives the most trouble.

It is seized solid in the swingarm bearings.

Worst case you have to cut the swingarm.

Good luck

Friends who had a bike shop always used to fit a grease nipple into any swing arm they had off a bike for free.

They figured they might have to take it off again some time...
