http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-TZR-250-SP-As-featured-in-MCN-/290753291447?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item43b23f24b7#ht_1593wt_1397

Saw this last night, everyone get ready for the already high price of 3xv parts and bikes to rocket if he sells that for that price.

"100% original"

Hmmmmmmmm

I'd want to see pictures of it as it is now, rather than jurno shots, re-photographed from years ago.

Yamaha must've changed the exhausts just for that one if it's 100% original.

His price is sveral times what I sold mine for two years ago, maybe he'll be lucky...

I would suspect not at that price. The '93 RS that is up for £7K has failed to sell over the last 4(?) months. I think the aspiration of sellers is higher than the demand from buyers. Maybe the 3XV bubble has burst? Maybe the 2T bubble has burst?

There's lots of people on here hoping the bubble hasn't gone. It's nice to own a bike that's not going down in value for a change.

Lower fairings have had paint for a start, what a furking dreamer.

2t will always be very valuable, and imho will appreciate better than inflation.

Well its been relisted on ebay on an auction:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-TZR-250-SP-3XV-As-featured-in-MCN-/290760558463?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item43b2ae077f#ht_1845wt_1397

£4400 quid with 8 hours to go! Reserve not met though, jesus thats pricy.

If it was 100% original maybe but its not and its bound to want a crank rebuild, every 250 i've owned has needed one lol.
