Just for the record and because I've been messing in the garage today...

The standard rear tyre on the AR125 is 3 x 18.

I've been trying different tyres and have a MT65 Pirelli 4.1 x 18 x 60S on my white AR and its great. I know this doesn't sound much of an oversize tyre really but looks quite a lot wider than stock on the bike. It's the largest size you can get on the standard wheel rim / AR swing arm and still have safe clearance. No problem with width or diameter. Just for comparion i believe the 4.1 is wider than standard RD350, KH400 and about the same as a KH500!

Yes it handles great and well within the limitations of the AR's period suspension - and puts a smile on my face Cool
