This is a scanned pic of my old grey mk4 gamma. Not sure how many were ever made but as you can see these had RGV style wheels,a slightly peakyer engine tune and thicker forks than Mk3s'.This was a Jap only bike that was produced just prior to the RGV250 vj21.
Another one of those distant regrets of mine!!!!

I was 17..this thing came out of a crate covered in sh1t and dust and was a bit doggy but was better than any of the MK 3's that were squished into the same container.
Lucky for me It was all superficial and this is how it came out after a superficial strip and service.

I purchased my very first TDR about 6 weeks after this was taken back in 1991ish

Apart from rebuilding the clutch cush drive basket rubbers mine was totally reliable & went like a badly scalded cat!!!
I remember my £££ mate had the new vj21 RGV250 at the time and he would only just have it at the very very top end
Happy happy dayz....

You made me very happy with this picture Very Happy Very Happy

I have a mk3 in these colors restored.
Put MK4 wheels etc in and painted the wheels white

Allways have a soft spot for original bikes.
And now i know that Suzuki made them like this for the JDM.

Very pleased.
