Might need a few more details. Is a Gammaha the same as a YammaGamma, ie. an RG250 with an LC/YPVS motor ? Plenty of those been done before, a lot of 'em stick with standard Suzuki running gear. Later RGV transplants should be relatively straightforward too if you want an upgrade. Just fit the whole front-end rather than mess about making odd bits from different bikes fit together. Although Suzuki parts are more interchangeable than most.

You'll need to tell us what you're planning to build. "Gammaha" could be a Yamaha Passola with an RG500 motor... Confused

Ok lets start again now im on a laptop not a tablet

yes i stand corrected I honestly thought from 1987 the PB article called it a gammha

think I have most things covered as follows

forks I now have decided to use the MK3 forks after reading the article in this months bike mag was worried the the clip ons under the yolk would clash with the MK2 fairing

NK for the spacers and plates

guidelines is meant to say fuel lines now ths has got me confused do you need to split after the tap

also I have nearly a full bike to sell will be posting in for sale soon

Thanks to all

On mine, I split the fuel line after the tap to a "Y" to feed each carb equally.

This is mine ,

Need to get it insured then on the road , was built from bits I had lying around
A tidy up bike

Y piece for the fuel hose , and your engine plates may not fit , I had to drastically mod the rear mount on mine

I made my own plates to the magazine article sizes , 26mm pitch iirc
Ended up being near 13 mm when finished , and could still do with going 3-4 mm higher , however it's a mk1 frame with a 4l1 non tiebar motor , this aside I've never had issues fitting lc and pv motors in the opposing frames before
The other issue with the 4l motor is it's a real PITA to get the top end off
If your fitting a valvie motor you may not have these issues

They probably cut the frame to run a seat like mine

Hacksawing still to be done

As for finish on the frame , I just left mine as is , it wasn't too bad , if I redo it I will probably get it powder coated in a similar colour to the anodised stock finish

Bodywork is up to you , mines going Marlborough white / flouro after the tz faring goes on
