Been on ebay looking for pilot jets, there seems to be quite a few different ones.
don't want to end up buying the wrong ones has i did with the main jets. it cost me a bloody fortune.
you could do with 2 carbs when doing all this set up malarky.
can't do them any good.. off on off on

Looks the same to me, its only a very small jet.
The genuine part is still available from kawasaki but with postage is likely to be £9

Wow,

what a fabulous result.

I wonder how the belly pan would look in a matching red scheme?

Well it passed its mot. Had to have new tires. The others were good but so old they had lost there shape. £130 ouch.
Had a seizure on the way home. Locked up big time. Nearly parted company with me grabbed the clutch and coasted to an halt. Left it 5 mins while I had a cig. Kicked up first time and was good as it was before. Lucky I guess.

Well .. That's a good and ...erm.. Not so good day then..
Really pleased you got her through the mot. Which tyres did you get?
Looks like you may need to put her on a RR to get the jetting right.
Was this seizure with or without the airbox?

The tires are 3.00 continentals. nice pattern and slightly less profile, happy with them.
the seizure happened with the standard filter on.
what i do find weird is the fact it locked up solid then when i coasted to a halt all was good again.
to my experience when they lock up they stay pretty much locked up.
any ideas on this ?
