neatly packed inside.......

and assembled.......

the bare-bones of a Suzuki RB50 Gag bike, that look like they have travelled "bilge-class" from Japan Smile

none of the Gag's engine mounts align with my new motor - in fact, the top mounts and tube hinder it's positioning, so it's out with the trusty hacksaw...........

that's snugger..............

Don't over do the power. It will be unrideable with the light weight and short wheel base.
I have a 14hp 50cc race bike. I tested it the other day, still on its 12" wheels and a shortened wheelbase. It tried spitting me off the back at every twist of the throttle.

I have a 80cc motor to go in my NSR gag bike but i will keep this in a low state of tune, otherwise it will be no fun on the road.

I have ridden a YSR80 with a 180 Athena motor fitted and that was a right laugh, so my humble 125 conversion should be manageable Very Happy

That RGV erm 125 engine looks amazing! Awesome build, can't wait to see more progress. You have any more photos of the engine or cutting of the engine?
