When I had my first 250 (KR1s) my mate bought a lovely SDR200 from BAT motorcycles. I was so impressed with it's performance when I first rode it. Bit like sitting on a razor blade and as light as a feather, oh and you could probably wheelie it from a standstill !!!!

I got back in touch with him a while ago and asked him if he still had his "Whippet".

Turned out it was still in his garage where it had been stood for years!

Lovely bike, might need to shed a few pounds to get the best out of it. Embarassed

i came so close to buying one of those , but was scared about spares availability . plus if i sat on it you'd think my bollocks had grown wheels.

I'm rebuilding one at the moment. Spares are plentiful (Lots of bit the same as TZR/DT125 and Blaster quad)
