In all fairness they'd probably all be fine in a road bike. I use the exol as it was recommended to me by a couple of people, it also gets very positive reviews online. |

I was looking at the KIPS spacers, do they make much of a difference?
And excuse me for sounding ignorant, do you need a spacer on both sides, or just on the left hand side? |
