So took the shock out and rusty on the main travel part, all linkages moving good, so need a new shock trouble is all ones on ebay I have messaged say they cant guarantee working order an ... |

Well I have to loosen the tank to take apart the linkages shock etc so I'll check the oil light connection. Wondering if I'm gonna look silly and find the oil level a bit low and acce ... |

Yeah there is a little screw to bleed at the pump but it takes ages for the oil drops to travel from there then up to the cylinder, The cylinder seems to suck the oil up a bit as it has vacuum so per ... |

im hoping to get a gasket tomorrow so can put the pump back in, do you reckon the oil should be dripping out or like a constant flow at tick over? obviously it should flow faster at higher ... |

Yes, once the piston is back in there is another seal that goes on like a dust seal. I'm going to buy a new seal kit but wondered if by cleaning off the rusty cylinders may cause the piston surface ... |
