Hi guys any help much appreciated got one of these bikes for my Son rebuilt it, it uses a generator (6v) but has a battery also.
Connected everything up...No Spark.. a few other electrical items work ( but some only come on when the engine is running)
Kick it over zero spark.
Changed everything as I have some spares, including points, condenser, coil, generator, rectifier, flasher unit ballast..etc..etc..
But I have no spark at all.
I coming to the theory that the loom might have a break in it.
Am I missing anything?
Any help much appreciated

Have to start tracing back im afraid, try the spark plug first though!
Then check you have a good earth and make sure the engine has a good earth then start checking back through with a multimeter check continuity of the wires and see if there is a break somewhere, and find a wiring diagram, it will help loads! _________________ Gagging for it |
