Well its a ped, but its got 17 inch wheels
Its not really worthy of any section in here though as is taiwanese, but i guess that could come under other strokers lol
Ill get some pics up soon, its a non runner at the minute and it looks like it was painted by hand with a squirrels tail but it was cheap enough and will be perfect for our mayday run, if it lasts, or even if i can undo many years of 16 year old lad abuse, ill get some photos up soon but if any of you want to do a google search its a cpi gtr 50 lc
Pretty smart looking eh?
If worst comes to worst the engine is a copy of a minarelly scooter engine, so ill just put one of those in instead! Be like a chineses cg 125 with a real honda engine then, it will all just fall apart around the engine _________________ Gagging for it |

Well its now a runner! Had some water in the fuel, we put an aerox 100 carb on just to eliminate the carb and she fired right up second kick!
My current carb seems in a pretty poor way, looks like all adjustments have been carried out using a spoon that chews brass rather than a screwdriver, but its running on the original carb now but absolutly no adjustment on the tickover, looks like the slides not dropping properly so ill strip it again and see whats up, sounds pretty good running too!
Looks like it might have been a good cheap buy,
As soon as its running good and the wiring is tidied its off for mot then the tuning like im 16 again can begin, apparently these can do a genuine 55 with just being derestricted, we shall soon see _________________ Gagging for it |

Yeah those sr50s are meant to be pretty quick, its a bit of a problem finding out reliable info on most of the 50cc peds though as any forum seems to have lads with 100mph mopeds and they seem to be positive they have only fitted new powerbands and an uprated throttle cable! _________________ Gagging for it |

Thanks for the pics
The more I look at it, the more I like the exposed trellis frame especially with the bitchin' pipe ..
Hmm.. are the bar ends really pink to match your power bands?? Lol _________________ We are where we are... |

I quite like that, certainly a better option than a Honda Melody. _________________ Light is right. |

I loved the dragster too, but you get real problems with the front ends and a serious lack of spares available for said front ends! But they can be made into real flying machines, with a bit of tuning to the two stroke 125, you can bring it up to 172cc and 1/4 mile against 600 sportbikes! Even more reason to want one, could you imagine the look on mr r6 face when you leave hime from the lights!
And yes ts they are pink bar ends!, the trellus frame does look ok but its been painted really really badly, the pictures make it look far better than it is, so is no one else tempted to get a ped and join us in our kent to cornwall in a day maybe trip? _________________ Gagging for it |

Ped runs are the way to go, Kent run sounds interesting.
Dragsters had incredibly thin cases I understand they could easily break doing things like replacing main bearings etc _________________ If it don't ring-a-ding-ding it ain't worth a thing |
