hi all. My YSR 50 seems to have a fuelling issue in top gear when flat out. No other gears have an issue and it runs really well through them except when you hit 55kmh in top gear, then it goes all lumpy........
Thoughts? |

are you sure it isn't a 30mph limiter? on some 50cc bikes a light used to come on at 30mph and cut the power , i know your bike is doing around 55 kph ,which is pretty close to 30 mph |

Nope I don't know if it is a limiter or not......my only thought is I figured limiters just stop you going faster I.e it seems like you are flat out and it just will not go faster. but given this goes like it has a misfire I was guessing it could be a fuel issue.
I have never ridden a bike with a limiter so I don't know if that's how they work or not. Can you visually see a limiter? I've no idea what to look for. I do agree with you that the speed is around 30mph so it could make sense that it's a limiter..... |
