I was planning to order a set of these myself. Seems you don't think they're worth it ? Let us know the details please - one way or another I want to tidy up the ol' TDR-Jr. |

Here are the pics. As you can see, the original stickers where still on the parts when they were moulded... And the rear fender is... just look at the pics
Look at the finish of the rear fender:
Even worse from inside:
Positive:
- It's available,
- Mounting points are present,
- It's cheap,
- It's thick,
- The guys are helpful.
Negative:
- Poor finish,
- If you give it to a pro for finishing the parts, it'll cost you the price of the parts,
- Seems to be brittle.
Is it worth the money ? If like me, you don't have a bodywork at all, yes.
It's just like the chinese crap; it's worth the money
More news in a month or so (time for holiday for me now ). _________________ NS400R, YSR50, YSR125, Banshee, TDR250, KTM 500MX, Bimota V-Due, TDR80, Harris Rotax 250...

Price is a bit better. Must be same guy though.
Hopefully I've got a tatty original LH fairing coming from Japan for mine, so I'll be looking to repair the standard set and see how good that looks. |

Finally some news... The bodywork is now ready to be moulded. I just have to wait 2 weeks to let the paint job dry and become hard.

Finally there !
No more sticker ghosts, no more poor finish, light and flexible but not easily breakable. On the downside; there are no more mounting brackets; we have to make our own and glue them.
The price is still under discussion. Every part will be available separately. Shipping at cost.
Stay tuned _________________ NS400R, YSR50, YSR125, Banshee, TDR250, KTM 500MX, Bimota V-Due, TDR80, Harris Rotax 250... |

Hi,
just bought a TDR80 and looking for a set of fairings. Know that two years have passed, but is this still available?
Already contacted perfect-fairings but after I read this post I'm definitely considering other options.
Thanks! _________________ Yamaha YSR50

Hi Terminaterre,
thanks for the reply! Can you send pics of the fairings? We are talking about the fairings that you posted, right? Without the mounting brackets.
Thanks

If they are the same as the one's you posted before, won't be needing any pics, thanks! Probably will only be needing the frontal and the rear end fairings, is it ok for you? If so, can you give me an idea of prices with shipping to Portugal?
Bought a set of seat/side fairings and a right sided fuel tank fairing - missing a left one but I think I can find it...
Thanks for everything!
