Thacked the MZ up the road, loads of blue smoke, realised total loss battery system for everything other than ignition wasn't working. And checked main crank seal leackage .. yep, still there after two years ... _________________ If it don't ring-a-ding-ding it ain't worth a thing |

Hi Guys n Gals,
well what did I do with my AR125 today? Nothing. And the same for my F650 Beemer, and my XT225's but my XT250 took me the 45 miles to work and back, which is her daily task and today I found out that my heated grips have chosen today to stop working! After two years hard riding they gave up the ghost, so as the hand grips are well worn out, and the control unit's started to fail, I decided to order replacements and managed to source a set delivered for £59.00, which is much cheaper than the very same things were just over two years ago!
Shame I'm working throughout the weekend and next week, so I'm praying the hail stops falling enough for me to get to work with 'pinkies' rather than 'blueies'! _________________ Kindest regards

How bout reducing length of stinger? I know with the micron for example it was designed for the B model and didn't really help get the best out of the A model..unless you took an inch of the stinger pipe in the end can? _________________ We are where we are... |

Soaped the MZ down after rather foolishly completing 30 odd miles in sleet, snow and just a bit of sunshine in cold NEasterly's ... I must remember to read the weather forecast ... _________________ If it don't ring-a-ding-ding it ain't worth a thing |

I took a couple of my bikes for MOT's this week, and snapped some photos at a nearby bombsite. I really like this recent graffiti, I suspect it was all done with the support of the local council as it seems a lot more planned and positive than the usual abuse and obscenities you see. It was an excuse to play with some of the gimmicky effects on my camera too.
