Here are some pics from my refresh on the NS400r. The bike had the Engine and Tranny done 2000km before I bought it, so My task was mostly cosmetic and electrical.
As Found , mostly complete but starting to look its age with some of the wrong parts (turn signals). Some past repairs had been poorly done on the fairing too, plumbing ABS cement had been used to try and fix cracks. all this mess was removed and it was plastic welded
Repairs start
Here I use Polyall 2000 to create the missing part of the signal support. Used kids modeling clay (Plasterseen) to make the support mold
Fresh Paint on the front end parts
All Done ( I recently just got some new original wheels from japan so I can get rid of these that have had the rims stripped)

Stunning mate. Looks sweet in those colours and absolutely love the take hart vision on making of polyall parts.. 3D printers? Pah!! _________________ We are where we are... |
