Very nice bike reggie but i dont think i could live with those decals.
I would of bought the black 50 if i had been a bit quicker. |

Hi Fazey,
the red bike was in much better condition and the scheme grows on you, as it's something you don't see everyday.

Hey Shaun,
I don't suppose you know of a decal supplier that offers exact copies, so I could have the panels fully repainted, decals applied, then coated? I ask as the tank needs a few small repairs so if I was to keep her standard then I'd really like her to look as standard as possible. |
On the case Reggie...
Its even rarer than I first thought ... _________________ We are where we are... |

Hi Shaun,
so what would be nice would be;
nose fairing (and any mounts for the same)
belly pan (and mounts for the same)
front sprocket cover
chain guard
pair of mirrors
and of course the decals already mentioned.
Just thinking about it, I've not checked to see if she has a steering lock, I must take a look. _________________ Kindest regards

Looks a lovely clean bike, not a lover of the tank wiggle, but it is original. |

Hi Guys n Gals,
it's fabulous knowing that Shaun's in the background, keeping an eye on what we want and need. Stunning service.
Currently bidding for;
a solid exhaust, with some surface rust - didn't win it.
a standard airbox - won one from Portugal.
the nose fairing - won one that needs minor repairs and full re-paint.
and awaiting a reply on a chain guard (as mine has one from a different bike) and a front sprocket cover (as the front mount on mine's knackered) - no reply from these guys but managed to find a sprocket cover and a different seller with a chain guard, so awaiting the sales to end. _________________ Kindest regards

Hi Shaun,
I'm awaiting a reply from a seller in Ireland at the moment re sprocket cover and chain guard, so let's see if they reply!
Really appreciate your help matey.
Do you know of anyone that has the nose fairing mounting kit for sale, also do you have any thoughts on the hugger etc that you previously mentioned?
I've decided to go for standard this time and I'm waiting for a local BSB rider (who does wonderful painting work) to see if he can re-create the original decals or if he can repair around the originals and then to re lacquer over the top! _________________ Kindest regards
