it started out as a pink and white and was fairly tatty so i stripped it down to the frame and stripped back rust and old paint and repainted every thing as it went back on.

Its got a 2003 sachs xtc bottom end with 9000 kms on it,
4fuoo cylinder
polished head , power valve and exhaust port
Wossner flat top racing piston
Boysenpower reeds
32mm Dell Orto carb
custom airbox
jolly moto full exhaust (not fitted in the pics)
splitfire iridium plug
brand new oil pump

the body got
All new aftermarket fairings
double bubble screen
kms clocks
all new hangers and pegs
mini led indicators
new mirrors
gt moto heated grips
new chain and sprockets
wheels painted white
two new bridgestone tyres
front and rear calipers rebuilt and painted (new pads fitted)

Very nice bike there, congrats on the rebuild . I just recently sold my TZR 125R 4DL, shame to see her go really. You know of anyone who needs spares as I have fairings & plqastics lying about in the garage.

Thats a pity because the 4dl fairings are completly differnt to the 4fl - 4hw type tzr125r . we never got the DL here for some reason.

there are some parts interchangeable though ,
my 125 is now sold too and i have tons of bits lyin about , some that will do for spares on my 3xv , but ive engines and cylinders and stuff spare there

Hey could you tell me where you got the double bubble screen from ? i cant find them anywhere!
