Thanks mate but it sorted itself out, apparently on the RGs if you have the carbs off for a while the seals dry out it was just a case of running some petrol through so the seal expanded. Smile

Started taking a mould from the butt I made for the bellypan this evening.

Release agent on:

Gel coat on:

First layer done:

The petrol problem on the bike is now sorted, just needed petrol running through the carb to expand the seals. The exhaust is also sorted (I had the gasket in the wrong place Embarassed ) MOT booked for saturday, just hope the weather gets better. Thumbs Up

Quick update:

Decided to make the bellypan today, it needs trimming & requires a bit of filler & painting which I'll get done during the week. Also need to make some brackets.

Gel coat.

Mould bolted together & first layer laid.

Finished article.

Well I fitted the bellypan today...err...hasn't turned out quite as I expected. I'm fairly pleased with the result just not sure of the distance between the frame. Rolling Eyes Embarassed Also fiddled with the PVs & the bike is much better although still not as fast as I remember them to be. More fine tuning I suppose. Thumbs Up
