|
|
As it's just become Christmas Day I thought I'd post a pic of my festive decorations for this year - which have a bike theme of course (no point in showing you 'normal' Xmas tat is there?!! ).
As it's just me here this year I didn't see the point in going overboard on the whole tree, lights, tinsle thing . . . so I just decorated my Gag which happily sits in the living room!
I'm sure there's loads of you have done better tho!!
Merry Christmas . . . here's hoping we manage to ride more in 2012!! _________________ Bikes: www.diffrentstrokers.com

Happy Christmas Darin !
Like the gag in the room
Tried copying 1R book and couldn't get a good copy (pages show through scan, does that make sense ?)
So if you PM your address I will send to you and trust you will be better than me at it (assuming you still want it !)
Have a good one and hopefully see you again in 12
Keep smilin .... Remember ...

Hi Shaun,
Happy Xmas to you and your family too mate - hope you've had a good one
Yeah I understand about the ghosting when copying the manual - I'm happy to get my lot to do it if you trust me with it (and yes, I WILL look after it!). YHPM!
BTW.... Santa never arrived - b*st*rd!!!

Did anyone get any cool bike-related stuff for Christmas then ?
I was hoping for a new big tool chest, a tub of Swarfega and an RC30. Looks like Santa couldn't read my writing again... |

I got a fantastic Top Trumps #5 set filled with cool
Two Strokes (ultra rare black fingers edition ).
Some proper dodgy bike stats and Top Gear-ish Cool status
Still brilliant non the less.
Oh and a genuine period Kawasaki paddock stand in lime green
and original KR1S steering damper bracket (bl@@dy ugly it is too!! )
Would post pictures but can't remember where Top Trumps came from, lol
Anyway gotta go bed soon as at the Matlock Raft Race with 400 flour bombs tomorrow morning !
Cheers all
Note to Darin: will send parts manual later in the week ok ! _________________ We are where we are... |

Liking the camouflaged NSR,
not sure you have the best choice of tyres though !
Got a new exhaust on the lads bike too, he reckons way better than my allspeeds - wish I had one when I was his age

Maybe its this sort of language that has stopped santa from delivering the goods?
I swear I would have got the evel knievel stunt toy years back if it wasn't for my 'party' mouth |

As a kid I once won a competition and the 'prize' was anything in the shop - so asked for Evil Knievel or UFO Interceptor ... Imagine my surprise and joy when my mum came back and said "they haven't got the toys in that you wanted so I picked up some nice new pajama's for you instead".
My lucks never really changed
