The ISP we use for hosting this site has an odd security setup and won't let users upload avatar images.
I've tweaked the admin settings so you can use an image that's already stored elsewhere. See mine on the left.
Don't use anything too big (150x100 max) and don't use anything that'll get people into trouble if they come on here at work.
If it goes the same way as some other forums I could name, I'll switch it off again... |

i totally agree if you can't post a decent avatar then you shouldn't post one at all.
