The USD forks (3ma4-5) are 326ml 10W 190mm from top of collapsed leg (329ml 10w 180mm for the SP) http://www.pure-2-stroke-spirit.info/download/3MA/3MA3-4-5_workshop_manual_jp.pdf (section 5.1)

The conventional forks on the 3ma1 are 425ml 5w 150mm from the top of the leg http://www.pure-2-stroke-spirit.info/download/3MA/3MA1_workshop_manual_jp.pdf (section 7.23)

If you are a Japanese "Rocket boy on track" then 5w/10w oil is probably OK. If you are a fat European then 15w or 20w might see you bottoming out less.

TZR manuals and ting: http://www.pure-2-stroke-spirit.info/ They have spring length limits etc as well.

TZR forum (unless you are watching this on Dave then they will have probably moved shop again) http://www.pure2strokespirit.net/forums/
