as promised picture of the rad and temp sender

top arrow points to the sender

Middle points to what looks like a doubled yellow / black sharing an end

Lower points to a single yellow / white if i recall.

oh and the damn tail pipe exit.

The yellow wire goes to the temp sensor, the black wire to the earth Wink

Agreed 100%

very few forums are still personal enough for people to go out of their way to help out others like this.
I am lucky enough with 400greybike - very similar and most of us long termers do our stuff for the new comers and dont shoot them down for asking the same questions over and over.
