Nice ! Prefer these to the later 916-style Evo models, it looks like the Cagiva GP bike.
You'll be wanting to display this at a show next then ? |

got one of those Mk1's in the scrappers pile at my local shop. Also 2 Mk2's (the 916 lookalikes) which I have robbed shamelessly.
The new Mito 525 is styled after the Cagiva 500 racer and looks amazing. |

thanks fella
well its 1st run out didnt go well
got just round the corner from work about 15 miles from my house
when the front sprocket sheared off!
i think the chain came off and worked itself round the sprocket
had to drill out the bolt, retap the thread and now all fixed
my own fault really as the chain and sprockets was one thing that slipped my mind
still got the tank to paint but will be done by sat so pics will be up sat night |

Hi
Common power valve problem is that the control unit pops. You then often land up with a valve that closes but will not open.
Unfortunatly the control units are over £100, and are generally only sold new (if you want a warrenty on it) with a servo unit which is the same again.
Think newer setups have a fuse in the circuit so that pops rather than the control unit.
All the best
