Finally got my R1-Z yesterday. No pics of that yet though until I have tidied it up a bit.
The TDR got a face lift and also a new friend in the form of a 2XT.

Nice stable  ... That doesn't look like a standard rear swinger on the TZR, is it common to the 2XT? |

Yeah, I spotted that difference too. Looks it might have come from an FZR400? |

The swinger on both my TDR250 and TZR250 is FZR250 3LN.
It bolts straight into TZR without mods.
To fit to TZR you just need to take 1mm from each side of the front of a 3MA or SZR660 rocker and make up a couple of dog bones 120mm to 125mm between centres.

It weighs 1/2 kg less than the stock TZR arm and it is stiffer.
I went on a big weight reduction exercise on the TZR and it now weighs less than 100kg dry.

Wow.. That's brilliant, nearly as light as my 125 !!
Even I would be competitive on that bike... Erm um well I may if I lost six or seven stone too
