Hello,

I need a bit of info on my sdr if someone has it. My bike is currently getting a pipe made for it. I could do with a good pipe design or the port timing for the sdr200, so that the tuner doesn't need to pull the top off my motor.

Anyone got any info?

The bike had a run on the dyno while I was there, and made 27hp at the rear wheel.

I've also got a scruffy but solid standard pipe for sale if anyone is interested.

Hi.

Get some pics up of your SDR, it always nice to see different ones. I believe Martin77 on here made a very nice pipe for Arlurt's SDR, so it might be worth contacting him.

If you have no luck there I have two different race systems for my SDR's one is a Team Alpha racing pipe and the other is a Jackal. You could try copying.

To be honest both system come up quite a lot on Yahoo so it might be cheaper and a lot less hassle buying a ready made second hand pipe specifically designed for the 2tv.

This is the pipe Martin made for the SDR I have:

It runs with one of his alloy silencers.

There are more pictures on the thread about my bike in this section.

Every tuner who's ever run one of my bikes has done it with a ciggy hangin out of his mouth.. With the exeption of Dean Ashton in Hull with our Mayhem racer.

Must be an occupational hazard!

Fletch, i was going to ask what the gasket situation was like on the SDR. I assume there are no problems then? Fowlers can get them. I thought the base gasket might be the same as a dt/wr 200.
Also Kenny at TSA has put out a request on another forum for the port map for the SDR. Be nice to see what TSA come up with and what sort of price etc. Don't forget the pictures!!!!

When did Kenny put the request out?

Did some work with him on my hybrid lc, it had small can allspeeds on and made approx 53 bhp, with tsa pipes on the same jetting it made 62!

Would be interesting if he could get 30 bhpnon a stock sdr
