Hi Fazey,

beautiful work.

My project has been interrupted by hurting my shoulder in a fail to stop incident with a blind **** in a van, whilst riding one of my Serows.

Back to the doctors again tomorrow to see how we can progress with my recovery.

Shouldn't be too long as the initial diagnosis of a possibly dislocated shoulder proved to be wrong, so it's soft tissue repairs!

Hi Shaun,

yep that's one thing that you can't plan for, for sure!

I'll be fine mate, just limited in what I can do at the moment, which is most frustrating.

not to many for now.
bored out carb to 26mm - running a 132.5 main jet but very flat to pick up initially, though pull out the choke and it runs great so need to get my head round the jetting. been told to try a 150 jet.
k&n air filter
head skimmed by .8 upping the compression to that of unrestricted a model.
unrestricted disc valve
and of course a race exhaust

sounds good
thoughts on the raising the exhaust port to 27mm?

Also raise pilot jet size as this affects pick up / slow speed more.
I would go up to 30 and see the difference. Or at least 27.5 min (to match A model carb spec)

Have you tried this Pete?
