What's up with the wheels?
Other than those, it just looks like any new bike from the last ten years.
(wanders into garage full of charismatic but hopeless 1980's bikes, shaking head and muttering about the good old days...) |

Funny but I quite like the wheels because they're Diff'rent
Hmmm I bet it's really comfy
Really solid and reliable
Handles sweet
Goes well
Looks great in the flesh
Sounds awesome with that three pipe exhaust
Yet not for me.
All my bikes feel like they found me rather than the other way around.
Oh... And... It's not green ... _________________ We are where we are... |

There was one of these at Cadwell the other weekend, just parked up in the paddock, first one I've seen.
And the last, hopefully. Each to their own and all that, but that rear wheel actually makes me feel sick.
I did spot a certain other DS'er looking at it too, and he confessed afterwards that he really likes it. So maybe I need to find a diff'rent forum to hang out on... |

I thought you liked the "kicked-up-the-arse" look of bikes like the Dragster?
Is it just the spoked wheels putting you off?
They're not really to my taste either, but that's partly because my life would be consumed trying to keep them clean!
Is it DS-D that's smitten? _________________ Light is right. |

I couldn't possibly say...
It's all in the wheel rims. I don't mind spoked wheels at all, but the way they've been laced on here is nasty. I don't like the headlight either but then they all look like that these days. |

Not my cup of tea....and I hate the modern trend of not having an ar$e on the back end of your bike, it looks like half the machine is missing. |

Try doing a Google search for the "LH44 Dragster" then you'll see just how blingy the MV Guys can be, though I suspect that Mr Bling Lewis Hamilton had quite a lot to do with the look of the bike, and I think you probably have to be Lewis Hamilton to get away with riding something that looks like that. _________________ Light is right. |
