Not much happening on here recently.
Are you all too busy playing out on your bikes, or fettling 'em in the garage ? In which case, carry on, don't let us stop you.
Or have you got bored of it ? Has the PhotoFuckit disaster put you off ? Have you moved over to Facebook instead ?
Hello ? Is anyone there ?... |

I pop in every day, it has dropped off a bit.
I spent an afternoon moving all my photos to imgur , so my Af1 thread has all of my amazing pictures! Hopefully others will do the same, time permitting?
I only use another serious forum, an oldschool bmx one, and that has took a massive hit from Facebook & photobkt. Like on here it still is the place to see a build in progress & a lot of useful info, Facebook seems a lot more here today gone tomorrow.
One thing I love about this place is all diff'rent types of strokers in one place, as opposed to Facebook groups which tend to cover either too many genres or a very specific model/make, if that makes any sense. |

I view weekly and still occasionally contribute, I'm always doing stuff but whether its of interest to others is another thing.
I'm member of two other forums plus numerous motorcycle marque / type FB groups. FB is more interactive and causes laziness where posts are "pushed" mostly to the mobile App.
Forums are not dead ... I'm active on the Ducati Monster Owner site (although I have an SS) which is very good but does appear to be dependant upon maybe a dozen hardline contributors to fuel the conversations. _________________ If it don't ring-a-ding-ding it ain't worth a thing |

I pop on the forum to see what's going on nearly every day. I also go on FB everyday, I even have a look at the Kr-1s forum now & again.
I wish I could say that i'm too busy fettling or riding but truth is, between work/kids/house/kids/kids, I don't get a lot of time to do much else.
So, I will try harder to get more pics on here & try to post things of interest to other members |

Too much going on.
Got 3 bikes on the road currently (RK, LC, wife's Hornet) but they don't get as much use as they should. Same applies to our old Mini. 6 other bikes that could be MOT'd and taxed but what's the point ? And 3 others that all have a big to-do list against them.
Various other hobbies, interests and essential-life-stuff that all occupy the time that I'm not working or sleeping. We're supposed to be moving house so that we've got more space, but really I just need to own less stuff. If I want to work on a bike, I have to move 3 cars out of the way and push half-a-dozen bikes outside so I've got room.
I am on Facebook but have abandoned most of the forums I used to go on. As you probably know, I'm Admin on here and I also run the DS Facebook page (although I rarely post on there). I have a few other websites/pages that I'm struggling to maintain, I spread myself too thin so nothing ever gets finished. |

Hi Guys n Gals,
yes the Photobucket cock up really affected the way that I update forums etc then, just to add to the fun, I've got computer problems with both my iMac and my MacBookPro, along with my primary camera has died (a Canon 5D for God's sake).
So what have I been doing without such digital equipment, well tinkering with both 2 and 4 stroke bikes and, as you won't be surprised to hear, I've purchased another 1 and a half Kawasaki AR125's!!!!!! The force is strong, so much so that I've had to build more storage area's around the home, so I can spend the Autumn and Winter seasons in simply sorting out through my spares boxes, cleaning, identifying, labelling and storing the parts, ready for the following Spring! Oh I've also been making lists of stuff I need as well, plus getting stuff for dads project AR125.
Looking forward to Stafford Show next month. _________________ Kindest regards

I may have to bother you & TS & all the other AR125 owners for parts soon.
I do hope you don't mind but ebay is not coming up with the goods
And my usual sources are scratching their heads to......
It's almost as if all the Ar125's parts have disappeared off the face of the earth |

i am here everyday
Very busy in trying to get my RG 250 collection ready for a show in Jan 2018.
Promissed to put all 7 on the stand but when i promissed only 5 were rideable number six needed work and number 7 was incomplete and in boxes.
so all the spare time goes in the build.
