Just had a butchers at the memberlist & their posts...........
Blimey I'm sure I was five pages in before I got to the '1 post' members.
But then I thought I would look to see who has posted the most
Now I pride myself in my posting prowess over on the Kr site & have made many attempts to reach the top spot (not there yet, or actually anytime soon) without any luck
But I have noticed a certain Top-Shaggy is the 7th highest poster on the DS site, while I'm just a lowly 18th
Hmmmmmm,
Maybe I should start my 1kt restoration

Shhhhhh !
I've got three projects on the go at the minute and I don't want the misses to know I'm after another KR too (yes KR not AR.. )
I suppose the most interesting current project (for me of course) is an AR125 track bike for classic bike racing based on a model A2 - I've built my own tuned engines, I've also got Mick Abbey doing a race engine for me and also Two Stroke Institute is having a go at one of my top ends and disk valves. All with separate expansion pipes to match the porting
Should be a proper laugh if I every get the thing properly finished - just testing my engines has been brilliant fun so can't wait to test Mick Abbey's and TSI's against mine...
All on a tight budget too - because im tight as a tight tight thing who's proper tight ( that's the good thing about the old AR's bits are getting rare now but they are still around and cheap !!)

Hi Rob
Thanks, we do appreciate that some guys (and girls) come on hear looking for bikes which is great, and we're not trying to wave the big stick (honest!), but forums are communities which depend on everyone communicating so we'd like to hear something from everyone who registers - even if it's just to say Hi and why you've joined... who knows maybe someone will be able to help, and in your case have the bike you want for sale??
Good luck with finding the right bike
Cheers,
Darin _________________ Bikes: www.diffrentstrokers.com

21 new members joined since the beginning of September. Less than half have posted anything yet. Trigger finger is getting very itchy, here comes another round of zapping... |

Blimey!! Have you done the other 275 as well?!? Your finger's gonna be worn out!
I think we should start a campaign to save your finger, by introducing the compulsory post-a-bit-about-yerself before getting access to the rest of the forum. Can't to too hard just to say hello . . . can it?! _________________ Bikes: www.diffrentstrokers.com
