Well, sort of.
Kawasaki UK did a Kork Ballington replica of course, ignoring the exotic KR250A tandem-twin and basing it instead on the dull Z250 for some inexplicable reason. This bike (currently for sale on Ebay) has taken that same idea and run with it.
There's definitely something about it, though I won't be bidding...

I haven't owned one but I did have an original Kork Ballington Z250 petrol tank.
Complete with slightly obscured side panels. Got them in a joblot, sold them on, didn't get a great deal for them.
Kawasaki really should have done a Kr250 replica, missed a trick there if you ask me. |

Totally the wrong bike. Its a shame that some one sat in a office with not much knowledge, gets to make decisions. I think they missed out on some good PR and advertising by using that.
The KR is a beautiful machine.
