|
|
Hi,
Here in Japan there are always loads of Gammas being sold or parted out, so I wanted to transplant a Gamma engine into a different frame. In order to decide if a Gamma engine will fit, can anyone tell me the following dimensions?
1/ Width of the crankcase mounting points (to see how it matches up to the frame for adapters).
2/ Width of installed exhaust pipes where they exit the heads (to see if there is enough clearance on the other frame.
Thanks very much for your help.
Cheers,

Would anyone be able to tell me the dimensions of frame clearance when pipes are installed? I don't have a n RG250 here I can check at the moment. Just looking for how wide the L & R pipes are in this location where they exit the heads to see if this will work in the other frame. Thanks very much for your help.

Hi sorry for being a bit slow giving you info
the length is 14.5 inches
width is 14.5 inches
the height is around about 10 inches as I dont have the barrels on so am gauging the height the studs are still in so a bit a bove that would be around 10 inch.
hope this is good enough for you. _________________ We will get there in the end |
