As an opening post I thought I'd put up some pics of my NSR-D 350.
It's a '91 NSR250 chassis with a trusty RD350YPVS engine installed, plus an RGV tank and Honda RS250 seat unit. The motor's been lightly tuned, with 32mm RGV carbs/2MA reed blocks, head skimmed 0.5mm, and my own pipes (designed from scratch). Ignition is standard 31K. Here's the results from a little spin on the dyno (going down a jet size got it up to 70hp);
It's presently being rebuilt after it ate a big end on a Llandow trackday, and whilst it's apart I'm also doing a bit of tidying to the rest of the bike to lose a bit of weight, and tidy up jobs that were put off through last summer. |
