Does anyone know how much oil goes into the forks of an MVX?

220cc or 220mm oil level from the top of the fork tube with the fork full compressed and spring removed using ATF fluid. Personaly I use a good quality 10 weight fork oil.

This is taken from the official Honda manual. Hope that helps
