Hello,
Just recieved a partscatalogue for the RG 250 MK4.
Found out that the rear wheel with axle that i bought is not complete.
I need the r/h spacer and the bracket for the caliper.
They are not the same as the ones used on the Mk3.
64740-34A01 spacer
69721-34A00 bracket
Maybe someone have a spare??
Or does anyone know wich model is the 34A00??
Thanks very much.
Also the front fender for the Mk4 is a RG500 one....
Regards Erik |

Hi Erik, do you still need these parts? My Mk 4 is in the final stages of strip down and I'm rebuilding it as a Mk 3. Let me know if you need any Mk 4 specific parts. |

This Mk 4 is turning me into Victor Meldrew. Latest in the 'I don't believe it' category is the magneto stator. I noticed that the connectors from stator to loom are different on the Mk 4, it appears to be down to a decision to re-route the neutral switch wire. On the Mk 3 the wire is connected to the inside of the switch and is then bundled with all the other stator wires and connects to the loom adjacent to the stator plug. The Mk 4 just has to be different, the neutral wire is on the outside of the switch (on the outside of the crank case) and connects to a wire bundled with the sidestand cut out wires. This runs up the frame and plugs in to the loom near the front of the petrol tank. |

Erik! That must have take hours to find the differences! Well done, who would have thought there were so many changes? _________________ Breathing new life into an old Gamma!
