The little ysr is much like the ar though in that no one really caters for them online but it is a two stroke so here i am! |
There's a dedicated UK Gag Bike Forum but it's pretty much dead these days.
I was asked to take it over, but I have far too much on my plate already. |
Hehe i would love to try a gagbike. at 6ft8" and 16.5st it should be a funny sight to see.. _________________ Current bikes

Can't wait to see your little AR up and running TNG
Did you have to weld the stud mount or has it held ok?

No probs TNG
FYI the tank cap lock barrel is the same as the tail flap lock - what I'm trying to say is that they are interchangeable. If your careful you should be able to pick the lock as long as the key isn't snapped off.
Unfortunately I don't think they are available from Kawasaki and no one makes a copy. If you get them open, it's easy to take out (or adjust) some of the lock slides that fit the key to make it easy to open and close using the new ignition barrel key (I've done this more than once myself )
If the chrome key cover (round bit at the top where the key goes in) is damaged it can be repaired if your really careful. I've also done this more than once. You can only do this when the lock barrel is out of the cover(s)
Let us know how you get on, will help where I can ok

Yep - and if I knew want I was doing I would build one... But I don't
Never had one fail on me but I have been told that when they do they can go with a bang...
So I stick to what I know works _________________ We are where we are... |

On the contrary TNG I think people on here will think its great your making the AR what you want it to be. That's the essence of this site Diffrent' and not many rebuild ARs ... Even less build trick ones - soooooo please don't give up on the, I'm really looking forward to seeing how it goes
